This depends on the time and day you place the order

On weekdays during our operating hours, we aim to get orders out the same day they were placed.

You can view the status of your order via your accounts 'My Dashboard'.

If there are delays, please check your inbox/junk folder as our prescriber may be requesting more information from yourself before we can dispatch your order.

Orders placed outside of our operating hours will be dispatched the next working day.
