Why do I have to give ID and GP details?
For high-risk products we have introduced the following safety procedure that will need to be completed before we can dispatch the medication: Upload an image of your photo ID, along with a selfie of yourself holding the ID next to your face. For safety reasons, we ask for your GP details to inform them of your request. This will ensure they are aware of the treatment you are receiving to conduct appropriate monitoring. How will I know that you need more information from me?
Our prescribers may require further information before they can dispense your order. If this is the case, you will be contacted via email or phone by a member of our support team. If we are unable to get in contact with you then your order will be held until we have the relevant information we need. If you have any requirements or preferences regarding us getting in contact then please let a member of the team know via live chat.
What are your operating hours?
Our operating ours are: Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 4:00pm If you have an enquiry send us an email to email@example.com or contact us via live chat, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note: We are closed on national public holidays.

Can I speak directly to a Pharmacist?
If you require specific medical advice we have an in-house registered pharmacist available to talk to during our operating hours of 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, subject the email "Pharmacist", and the pharmacist will respond as soon as possible.
What is an online consultation?
An online consultation is a set of questions that you answer, which allows us to determine if you are suitable for treatment. After purchase, your assessment will be sent to one of our registered prescribers for review. A member of the support team will be in touch if the prescriber requires any further information from yourself.
I'm looking for something in particular that's not on your website
If you are looking for a specific type of medication that you can't see on our website give us a call or email us at email@example.com with your name, contact number and name of the medication you require. If the item is in stock with our suppliers we can order the stock in for you.

We are a fully regulated and registered pharmacy. We obtain our medicinal products from leading pharmaceutical distributors in the UK who also supply major high street pharmacies. We only provide medicines that are safe, genuine, and clinically proven. All our medicinal products adhere to UK standards and regulations. We will not compromise on the quality or standards of our medicines.
