If you would like a refund please contact a member of the team via live chat or phone with your name, postcode and the reason being you requesting the refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery. We will issue your refund once the package has arrived back to us.

If the item did not arrive at the time promised, we can issue a refund for the delivery charge, please note that the tracking details obtained from Royal Mail will need to support the claim.
