How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?

• This depends on the time and day you place the order

• On weekdays during our operating hours, we aim to get orders out the same day they were placed.

• You can view the status of your order via your accounts 'My Dashboard'.

• If there are delays, please check your inbox/junk folder as our prescriber may be requesting more information from yourself before we can dispatch your order.

• Orders placed outside of our operating hours will be dispatched the next working day.
