Can I order more medication to stock up?
This depends on the type of medication you want to order. We do not allow clients to stock up on Antibiotics due to the risk of antibiotic resistance. Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders over the phone. All orders must be processed through our website. This is due to our security policies between third-party services.
Can I order on behalf of someone else?
No, like all other registered pharmacies we cannot prescribe medication to someone who does not intend to take it. It is crucial that the name and personal details of the person who intends to take the medication match the order for prescription purposes and medical records. Your partner/friend/parent will have to create their own account with us and place their own order. Do I need a prescription to order?
*You do not need an existing prescription to use our service. However, the medication that you request must have been prescribed to you by your GP. *We offer a free consultation, which is reviewed by one of our prescribers, who will issue a private online prescription if you are eligible.
